Silver & Lampwork Glass Pendant

This pendant is handsculpted with Argentium sterling silver wire around a borosilicate glass cabochon (stone with flat back and no holes).

I purchased this handmade glass cabochon from "V. Adrian glassworks". I kept the wrapping simple so as to not overwhelm the beauty of the purple and orange swirls in the depths of the glass.

The pendant is approximately 50mm x 26mm (25mm = 1 inch). As always all measurements are approximate and the picture of the pendant next to the quarter is to give a better idea of the size.

Argentium sterling silver is a sterling silver that is tarnish resistant due to the infusion of mineral called germanium. Perfect if you are like me and love silver but could do without the constant upkeep.
