Gold & Ruby Pendant

This pendant is hand-sculpted with gold filled wire around a genuine ruby. There is slight facets and natural inclusions in the ruby and it is a pale pink. The wire got a bit squashed by my daughter and although I fixed it the "damage" has now qualified it as a clearance item. (The pictures were taken after the repair work was done, and as you can see, no permanent harm was sustained.)

The pendant is approximately 43mm x 16mm (25mm = 1 inch). As always all measurements are approximate and the picture of the pendant next to the quarter is to give a better idea of the size.

Note: Gold filled wire is NOT the same as gold plated. Gold filled wire has about 100 times more gold than plated wire does and will not chip or flake off over time like the inferior plated will.color:pink
